Negroni

“This is my husband’s new favorite drink! Me, I prefer it’s cousin, the Boulevardier; it’s less bitter. Just the same, the Negroni is an incredibly well-balanced drink, and it’s also a cocktail that’s hard to make badly. How can you go wrong with 1:1:1?

Ingredients:

1 oz. Gin

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Sweet vermouth

orange twist

How to Make It:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.

  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
