My Family's Favorite Garlic Rice

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (I like grass-fed)
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 TBSP minced garlic
2 cups Uncle Ben’s or Mahatma rice
4 cups chicken broth
How to Make It:
Sauté rice in butter till translucent.
Add diced onion and garlic.
Continue sautéing until golden brown
Add chicken broth and return to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium- low and cook for 20 minutes.
If you like the crunchy rice at the bottom as we do, continue cooking for 5 - 7 minutes so the rice gets crunchy at the bottom of the pan. (my favorite part!)
