Asian Marinated Pork Chops
“These are my favorite way to eat pork chops. They are super moist and go great with stir-fried rice.”

Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 TBSP ground ginger
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 TBSP roasted red chili paste
6 (1” thick) pork chops
How to Make It:
Place the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cumin, and chili paste in a large, heavy Ziplock bag. Shake the bag a few times to mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and dissolve the brown sugar.
Poke pork chops with a fork and place into the bag of marinade, and seal the bag. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes (overnight is even better).
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade. Shake off excess marinade.
Place the pork chops on the grill and close the lid. Allow to grill on the first side undisturbed for 7 minutes.
Turn chops over and continue to grill until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Remove pork chops to a clean plate or cutting board and tent loosely with foil. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
