Aperol Spritz Cocktail
“My daughter, Giavanna, came back from Italy raving about this drink. Apparently, the Aperol Spritz is making a comeback. I had to give it a try! In Italy, it’s one of the most popular apéritifs. It is very refreshing and splendidly tasty. The Aperol Spritz is as easy to make as it is to drink (it’s low in alcohol), meaning it’s perfect for any time of day or any occasion. It doesn’t hurt that it looks like a sunset in a glass.”
Ingredients:
4 1⁄2 oz. brut prosecco
2 1⁄2 oz. Aperol
1 fresh lime wheel
1 oz. club soda
How to Make It:
Pour the prosecco into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Add the Aperol and lime wheel, and top with club soda.
