French 75

“The French 75 is a classic drink that anyone can make. It's basically a Tom Collins (gin, lemon juice, simple syrup) topped off with bubbles. It's a light drink; is fragrant, fresh, and fizzy—making it a perfect choice for brunch. Cheers!”

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. gin

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz. simple syrup

4 to 5 ounces prosecco 

lemon twist for garnish (optional)

How to Make It:

  1. Add all the ingredients except the champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake well and fine-strain into a champagne flute.

  3. Top with champagne and garnish with a ribbon of lemon peel.
